OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Nevada who are 21 years of age or older as of the entry date. Employees of Honey Pig LLC, located at 4725 Spring Mountain Rd Ste K, Las Vegas, NV 89102, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Honey Pig LLC, 4725 Spring Mountain Rd Ste K, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Advertising Sponsors of the sweepstakes is Rosen Club, Hanmi Travel, and Best 1 Realty located and doing business as the name aforementioned in Las Vegas, NV.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully bound by these rules, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the contestant agrees to accept the decisions of Honey Pig LLC as final and binding as it relates to the sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Septebmer 18^th, 2024 8:00 PM (PST) and ending on December 19^th, 2024 11:59 PM (PST)
5. How to Enter: The participant will receive 1 raffle ticket to enter the sweepstakes upon visiting the restaurant and fulfilling the minimal requirement of the sweepstakes. Multiple entries are permitted as long as the requirement is fulfilled each time of visit to the restaurant (Cannot enter more than 1 entries per visit). Participants permit the employee of Honey Pig LLC at circumstances governed by the employee of Honey Pig LLC to rule that the entry is not fraud at the time. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Honey Pig LLC. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Honey Pig LLC.
6. Prizes: A total of seven (7) winners will be selected:
   • One (1) winner will receive $1000.
   • One (1) winner will receive $500.
   • Five (5) winners will each receive $100.

The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by Honey Pig LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Honey Pig LLC’s discretion. The prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal tax laws, including but not limited to those of Las Vegas and the state of Nevada. Winners may be required to provide necessary tax documentation and will receive appropriate tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) reflecting the value of the prize, as required by law. No substitution of the prizes or transfer/assignment of the prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winners is permitted.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Honey Pig LLC. The winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the selection of the winners. Honey Pig LLC shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
9. Terms & Conditions: Honey Pig LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Honey Pig LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. In such case, Honey Pig LLC may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Honey Pig LLC. Honey Pig LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Honey Pig LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer beyond what is allowed by the sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Honey Pig LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Nevada having jurisdiction.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Honey Pig LLC, 4725 Spring Mountain Rd Ste K, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Requests must be received no later than 14 days upon completion of the event.
